    If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 6 days in advance (or the day before if it is a closed day).
    →Cancellation fee will be charged: 50% of the total if cancelled between 5 days prior to the reservation and the day before, and 100% if cancelled on the day of the reservation.
    If wind speeds of 5m or more or precipitation of 2mm or more are forecast on the day, we will cancel use of the terrace and contact you.
    →We will call some customers around 9:00 and some customers around 14:00 (if the cancellation is due to our circumstances, there will be no cancellation fee).
    As the BBQ is held on the outdoor terrace, it may be cancelled due to sudden bad weather.We ask for your understanding as we strive to ensure the safety of our customers.
